DEAR TEAM,

WE HAD A ROOM IN PAGDI SYSTEM WHICH WAS IN THE NAME OF OUR MATERNAL GRANDFATHER WHERE WE MY MOM AND OUR TWO UNCLES STAYED TOGETHER .LATER WE TRANSFERED THAT ROOM IN THE NAME OF OUR UNCLE LANDLORD ISSUED THE BILL IN HIS NAME LATER ON WE GAVE THE SHARE OF OUR UNCLES AND MAKE  ASALE DEED IN THE  NAME OF OUR FATHER.BUT WE DIDNT TRANSFER THE BILL .AFTER 23 YEARS LANDLORD IS THREATENING TO FILE THE CASE IN THE NAME OF OUR UNCLE S SON AS OUR UNCLE HAS EXPIRED . SO HAS MY FATHER  WE WERE BORN THERE MY MOM WAS BORN THERE ..

KINDLY ADVISE WHAT CAN WE DO AS MY UNCLE SON IS IN CONTACT WITH THE LANDLORD AND WE DONT HAVE GOOD RELATION WITH THEM AFTER THE DEMISE OF OUR UNCLE.

Your uncle's legal heirs will be entitled to the tenancy rights under pagadi system since the same was already transferred in your uncle's name when you all were there and nobody objected to it then.  Try for a compromise situation and settlement thereon.
