Can PPF of a person chargeseeted for disproportionate assetts be attached by court ?

Dear Ashok,
Deposits in PPF account are not subject to any attachment under an order or decree of Court. In other words, if the investor is involved in a legal dispute, then a court of law cannot attach or question the money in the PPF account as is the case with other personal property.
