Hi,
I do live in rented house in Bangalore. I actually vacated room last month but lost rental agreement form due to this the guy who collected rent every month is saying that he required rental form to refund the advance amount. I do have scanned copy but he says that owner is asking original agreement form. I told him that we will get an affidavit stating that we had collected advance post vacating the house. He is not ready take me to the owner as well. Would you suggest how to proceed further?
