if the outstanding principal amount for home loan is 27 lakhs and the interest is 4 lakhs and if the loan is in npa,how much amt that i can settle with the bank thro' one time settlement if there are no bidders to purchase my property in the aution...

It is entriely on the policy of each Bank/ institution/Housing Finance Company to decide at what amount can the loan be settled under OTS.
