Hi all,
My vehicle was stolen 1 yr back. I have filed a complaint and police caught the thief and now he is prisioned. I submitted my original RC in the court and taken the vehicle from police station by giving the release order from the court. Now the criminal got punishment and the case is closed.
How do I get my original RC?
Can I directly get the RC or I need go through an Advocate to the court agin?
What will be the approximate fee if I have to approach the Lawer? ( In Hyderabad)

You can apply for release of original RC.
And yes the accused can get punished, the case is not closed as yet.

I am sorry. I did not get the point.

yes you can directly file a petiton for the releaese of document and court will release only you have to fill a bond that u will present it whenever needed

The need of a lawyer is not a must for any application.
