Hi,

I have filed perjury in MC and DVC Cases with all xerox copies, Now my lawyer is asking to file Original documents, I have only one original Document but have to file in two cases, Can i file the xerox with Notary or Gazetted signed ?

How to get the certified copies to file for quash and other proceedings Since i have only one report under RTI Act?

Thanks in Advance.

You can file Xerox copies attested by the cousel .

Through court and only ur advocate can procure the certified copies..follwing the proper procedure..

For HC quashing , true copies attested by the cousel will suffice..

Total thanks : 1 times
