Order pending for 1 year

Sir, Ours is a registed housing society. After registration Promotor & society were going for conveyance deed, landlord filed a case against Promotor/builder & got statusco on the process in 2012.The entire legal process was over 1 year back in the civil court. The case order has been pending since then.Some 15 dates are passed for nothing.Every timeJudge madam just announces the next date.We are really worried & feeling helpless.What is the solution? ask your advocate to tell the court for passing the order or make an application to ask the judge to pass the order in the case as it has been delayed by one year or so. Let the judge accpets the application and pass the order.
