Order 39 rule 1 and rule 2 CPC

Hi I have a case a under section 69 of transfer of property act.. where in My party is the mortgagor and the mortgagee has defaulted in payment.. and so we put the property on sale. After which the mortgagee has filed an injunction for getting a higher bidder than ours under order 39 rule 1 and 2 and the same is granted. Now that will take another delay from their side.. I need citations relating against order 39 rule 1 and 2 where it can be uplifted and make the mortgagees pay the the principal and interest immediately or within a period of time
