Hi Experts,
My father has 4 brothers each have their names on 7/12 of ancestral land. There was oral partition and the respective land parcel is being cultivated accordingly. For 9 years we had stopped cultivating as my father had to go to other town for service. We now realise that there is enchroachment on our land and none of the owners is interested in executing partition on paper apparently in the hope of getting the enchroached land .
How do we proceed to have the partition executed on paper ? What are possible options for us ?
