Oral partition

Dear experts,

I have anongoing litigation with my brother who is now refusing that oral partition took place. I had executed a gift deed of my share in my son's name citing oral partition which is now disputed. Can you please provide me with some landmark supreme court citations whereby it was held that oral partition is valid. It would be of great help. My next hearing of he case is in 10 days time.

Thanks a lot.

oral partition is valid but you need to prove it before the court.

Apparently there is suit on property, pending in the court.

During the pendency of the suit all the property is a suit property till court's order.

Has the Oral Partition been interpreted anywhere!

You need to prove the Oral Partition.

Engage an able laywer specailizing in family/property/revenue/civil matters.

Legally Oral partition is effective, at the same time you should prove it in the court.
