What is the remedy when application under O6 R17 CPC is rejected in trail court?

if amendment application is rejected you can approach high court and move writ petition.

you have to file revision in high court or you can again file application in same court by amending a little few things in it as there is no limitation to file this application

when once order 6 rule 17 cpc amendment petition rejected by the trail court, you can file crp before the high court, but there is no provision to file fresh petition under the same set of facts under order 6 rule 17 cpc in the trail court. It is my opinion.
