Thank you sir @RKNanda for your reply. The opposite party in this case is a Tehsildar of a region.
This dispute is regarding 3 plots bought by my father who is currently in his mid-60s.
My father has the legal documents, but somehow the lands got moved to government records a few years ago.
So after the request for the reversal of the ownership was made, the honourable judge asked the tehsildar to make the change.
But the tehsildar is not ready to accept that, maybe he wants a big amount as bribe but he is not openly asking for the same.
Hence, the case has been lasting since the last 3-4 years.
Nanda sir, will it be perfect to go against the Tehsildar in this case?
Kindly advice.
