Descripttion -
Lawyers with 1-8 years of relevant experience (working as an in-house counsel in a corporation, commercial contracts team of an LPO, or law firms );
Excellent in-depth knowledge of drawing up, vetting and negotiating medium and large complexity commercial contracts with third parties/service providers;
Strong legal and analytical skills with high level of attention to detail;
Good transition and project management abilities
