Open terrace issue

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am in Big trouble,

Need some Expert suggestion,

I had just Purchase a new Plat ie 1BHK with open terrace,

for my safety i just want to enclose it with lightweighted Roff ie simple patara, and iron Grill,

and want to apply sliding of glass , bcz 2 times already thiefs try to come to my flat, from my terrace side,

Society demand 50,000 Rs for doing all these things,

and i am not able to giv that ammount , Nw then society is taking action against me,

Plz Plz Plz suggest me, what i can do to handle this satuation.

has the demad being made by society in writing ? has society given you a notice? contents of the same? if other flat owners have installed these grills and society has not taken any objection you can also do so

Hello sir,

Thank you for reply so fast

Society Had orally demand the 50000 Rs,

And they had given a written notice by courier,

and outher flat owner had install a grill befor me,

Hello ajay Sir,

i have total 500 Sq feet open terrace which i am enclose with light weighted roof, and grilled it,
Because the Size of terrace is too big , we had Given a support in the form of pillar,

Before me , my society chairman want to be purchase that flat from my owner , but because of finance he is not able to purchase that flat, and i had purchase this flat, so society chairman taking a revenge kind of thing with us,

Plz Plz Plz suggest me, How can i handle this situation.
