Hello All,
I have purchase one flat in Pune in 2009 and bought open car parking. I have done apartment deed. Now all flat owners decided to form society.
As explained by some members, who have legal knowledge, this purchased car parking will be illegal after society formation.
In this way some member, who have not paid for car parking will be allowed to park their car in open area and one who had paid 2 lakh will suffer.
Could you please assist how we can tackle this in legal terms?
