Only escape route inherited property share to wife

Dear Friends,

As you all are aware that the government is adamant in destroying the Hindu Family system. Now you should also know that being a Hindu,Jain,Parsi,Sikh you have rights of inheritance on your parents or ansestoral property. Now if you convert your religion and become a Christian then you will loose Inheritance rights on your Inherited property and this way no judge can get your inheritable property.

Is it not true that a court can work out "sufficient compensation" for a woman from her husband's ancestral property ONLY in case of divorce which takes place on the grounds of "irretrievable breakdown of marriage"?

What if it is proved that the wife had malicious intentions for seeking divorce for e.g. false 498a case against the husband and his family, etc. Will the wife still be able to claim share in inherited / inheritable property?

Fine.

This is the real point which the court is required to examine.

Besides this law is gender biased; It has lot of ambiguity and methodology to implement....
