hello all, Talati has corrected 7/12 extract in physical book 2 years back for a civil partition suit. But he put the name of 1 heir of plaintiff in the defendant's 8 A.
Now 2 qustions i have respected members.
1) Talati hasnt updated online records for 2 years and counting. He claims the mahahulekh.mah.in update will take 10 years. What is time limit if any to update online records which i think must be very simple procedure.
2) What preocedure can i do get 8 A corrected? Here also he is claiming its already been approved since it is a civil suit and he cant do anything.
Compliance hearing is ongoing. Tehsildar office clerk is claiming she lost track of file. I am sure these are delay tactics. Can i make appeal to the court to speedup the updation process? If so how and if not what procedure is there to get records updated?
