I am contesting a divorce case under Hindu marriage act, section 13 (ib). After marriage she merely stayed 17 days at my home, then returned to her parental home. since then I dont have any contact with her. After 3 years, she filed a desertion case, asking alimony and divorce. In reply, I have denied all the charges. Recently she contacted me to settle the case at certain amount. I am not sure about it yet?
1) So far I have not filed any petition against her yet, I would like to know what type of petition I can file against her, since she has filed two false petitions, one for desertion and other for family dawry etc.
2) She is not willing to return and asking money which I can not afford.
3) does any one know how I can find about if she has been married or not. She lives in Mumbai and I do not.
Any suggestion would be great.
