If full consideration is paid and PoA is registered the legal heirs of deceased principle may agree to register in favor of 5 surviving and legal heirs of 1 deceased member.

sir thanks for response, now question is that, Principal executed AGPA by receiving full consideration from 6 members. now out of 6 agpa holders one died. and principal also died. but the consent of the legal heirs of the Principal is taken as witnesses in AGPA.
Wife of agpa holder expired can excute the sale deed alongwith other 5 members in favour of third party.
the AGPA is irrevocable, full consideration received, registered.
Principal died, one of the AGPA died out of 6 members
