One land sold to two members..

i bought 2 guntas land from bhadraiah in 2005 by sada bi nama...i also hav link sada binama saying sampath sold to bhadraiah...i am position of the land since 12 yrs... i built only basement in that land... got house number n current connection also...but now bhadraiah showed a registration on same land in the name of his wife bharathi from mallaiah based on passbook done in 2012....in jan 2018 bharathi sold that land to ramulu...ramulu went to the court and got ad interim injuction orders...now i hav to defend for my land....also wants to book a criminal case against bhadraiah...how to proceed??

you defend your case with the available proof. you may also file criminal case against Bhadraiah.
