Offence committed in same transaction

if three offence 323/504/506 committed in same transaction , and during trial for two 504/506 accused proved innocence , than can accused can argue that allegation u/s 323 is automatically false as two offence 504/506 has been proved false and 323 has been alleged to be committed in same transaction

All the three sectios are applied for criminal offence , all are bailable and coumpoundable in nature , you had come out from the charges of 504 & 506 ipc in the trial , now you can easily come out from section 323 ipc if the medical report is not submitted , argue effectively with proof.
