My brother's wife filed restitution of conjugal rights petition in the Ranga Reddy family court on 10 Nov 2014, initially the permssion petition filed along with vakalatnama , recently I am aware that back dated affidavit is big illegality , please clarify my below concerns.
1) The affidavit filed to the permission petition on Nov 10 2014 is back dated i.e Nov 5 2014
2) The permission filed by advocate only there is no party signature i,e nothing advocate praying himself to allow him in the family court as per my knowledge permission petition has to be filed by the party not by the advocate .
3) The affidavit filed to original OP i,e RCR also back dated nothing but RCR petition filed on 10th Nov 2014 again the affidavit acompaining petition date is 5th Nov 2014.
4) Date of filing of the above all happend on 10th Nov 2014 .
5) its an ex-parte RCR order with in 2 months she got i.e on Jan 8 th 2015
Please clarify me whether the order is valid , after alomost 5 years lapsed how to challenge this order .
