Occupancy certificate

You have to approach.. It will not come automatically, as other requirements like fire fighting, set back etc. may have to be got satisfied through Development authorities..

Pl do not use abbreviations, as it may create confusion.. you may know well but how others will know especially the members not from that state...

Needed confirmation that Karnataka Industrial Dwvelopment Board issues occupancy certificate or not ? Some people have disputed saying that KIADB is only authorised to alloutmenat of land and sanction the buildung plans but does not issue occupancy certificate. Looking for a clarification on the same.
