A will comes to play only when the life of the person who makes the will comes to an end. Only the maker can access his will and nobody else. A will is valid which is made lastly by the person who makes it before his death. For instance if the person makes 2 wills on dated 10/06/2017, first at 2:30 PM and another at 5:30 PM and the person dies on 11/06/2017. Then The will which will be considered as valid will be the second one which is made on 5:30 PM.
If the person who makes and executes the will wants to show the will to some person, then he has the liberty to do that. But there is no way to if there is any will made by some person other than you.

The testator can provide a copy by his/her sweet will.

Or testator may allow reading of the WILL for legal heirs, beneficiary.
