my name is aadesh gupta, and my fathers name is Late mr. Vaibhav Kumar and my father died when i was in class 8th, so i didnt knew that i belong to which caste(whether its OBC or not). So i have always claimed myself under GENERAL category seats during graduation etc, never opted for OBC category. but as i came to know that my caste comes under OBC category too, so I get the OBC certificate made for me and i opted for OBC category seats in govt jobs>>"after graduation". Before or during graduation, i never claimed for OBC seat. But now I am claimimg it,after graduation. Is this right? will it create any problem to me, legally?
The certificate was made for me by one of my neighbour, and the certificate no is properly displaying at the govt website too.
