OP in district court

Dear Experts Once a judgement is passed in one OP petition for arbitration in district court, how much time will be available to file appeal in high court? will the petitioner and respondent be required to regularly keep attending court or will they be required to attend only after proceedings like arguments cross examination start? Lastly how many years does it approx take for a OP appeal to get judgement in High Court Andhra Pradesh. ..
