Ntr act

Sir, I have a small doubt. Please clarify it. My mother was married in the year 1984. my maternal uncles are partioning the properties of my grand father(Mother's father). All those properties are purchased by my grand father only. Does my mother has any right over that properties and whether shall she claim for that properties under ACt 13/1986 of Hindu succession act (NTR Act)?
