I have some judgments for the same if wife is working maintenance denied in DV CASE in India. But another point that the opposite party often raises is that the same standard of living must apply. So in case of NRI how to convince the judges that huge difference in income is unfair if they try to split the income or view us as rich because a bread that costs 30 rupees in India may cost 5$ in America or 3 pounds in UK. Question is are there judgments related to this and purchasing power of parity?
