Nri ...498a and dvc

wife filed 498a and DVC , I am an NRI staying abroad..

I can keep representation of lawyers for all cases in India but how many times I need to visit court in India for each case in person ?

is there any way to minimize or avoid my personal apperance for the cases that are running against me in India.. As everyone well known they are false cases .

Please advise me , I can travel only once in a year ..

I filed divorce and wife contested , they ordered personal appearance of both .. I cannot go .. what would be the result .. I need advise of experts ..please help me

for divorce case I will represent lawyer and will take another date.

what about 498a and DVC , how to contest them without going india ?

I am agree with Mr. Om Prakash. You, self or through advocate or through Parokar can be approch before concern Hon'ble Court. If could not complied before this Hon'ble Court can be penalized as expart order and further you have to approch another court against such order. So firstly appear before concern Hob'ble Court.
