Notice under section 160 cr pc

Hi,

I have received a notice under section 160 from CBI.

It is regarding a transaction between two companies A and B. I was director of company A. The other director of company A was my cousin.

This transaction took place after I resigned from that company.

Is it legal to ask the other director(my cousin) about the transaction? Can I reveal to him about the notice I received from the CBI?

My cousin, who is a NRI, is currently in India for vacation.

Thank you

If you have received notice from CBI, it becomes your duty to give a reply and face their inquiry, let the other director not be disturbed by you, the CBI knows hos to handle the other director, you concentrate on your case alone.
