Notice to appear in Women helpline

False 498a etc has been lodged by wife 4 months back. No chargesheet till date. Today I got a notice from women protection cell on Domestic violence charges . please tell me how to deal this notice. It's very urgent. Date of appearance was 17.08.16......I got this notice today 18.08.16. How to deal this . please suggest
