A person working in a manufacturing company for eg, M/s ABC Refractories Works in Jharkhand State, Company have not given any appointment letter for appointment in the post of "Accountant". They also not giving any salary slip. They have registered with EPF and ESIC, But not giving benefit of EPF and ESIC. What is the notice period as per Labour Law for resignation from job?
