Notice period and dual employment

Dear all,

I have served for 1 month notice period and need to serve for 2 more months. but I have joined another company. i sent a mail to previous company saying that i cant work anymore. will it come under dual employment issue?

If you have tendered final resignation then you have severed the employer-employee relatioship, hence it may not be dual employment.

 

However you may show all employment related docs to an able counsel specializing in labor-service matters and the counsel that has examined the details can advise you finally and further.
