Notice of evacuation given by one of the partners

Notice of evacuation given by one of the Partners

Certain premises taken on rent by means of a registered lease by a partnership firm consisting of 2 partners. Later on one of the partners gives a notice on behalf o f the firm stating that the premises shall be vacanted on a particular date.

1.Is this notice good in law / binding on the  other partner too or a notice has to be necessarily signed by both the partners?

2.What if one of the partners gives a notice and the other partner refuses to vacate on the appointed date?

3.What impact / difference does it make if the partner giving the notice to vacate gets this notice registered as an agreement with the Sub-Registrar?
