My friend made a id on a website G. Name was of a big film industry company name ABC. After 3 months, that website's G legal advisor called him and said that ABC company is going to send a legal notice to you that you have use their name and you have send e-mail to many people, in mail you have write that come mumbai and and give audition etc.. I did cross check throgh my friend, i got that he sent many email to the many people in which it was written that - "film budget is 20 coror and for audition you have to come mumbai etc". That website G legal advisor is saying that we have recieved mail for ABC director and he is saying to take an action against you and they will put a fraud case against you and send me a legal notice. My friend is very depressed now. What would be next...can any company do like that. And what would be the punishment.. or how can my friend defend or escape from it. Please help....
