One Chartered Accountant (C.A.) had issued one Certificate to one person Mr Ketan that this is the business – place address of Mr Ketan. This Certificate was issued by C.A. on the basis of address given on the Shops and Establishment Certificate
The Said Mr Ketan might have committed some offences in other City and some person filed FIR against Mr Ketan u/s. 420, 511, 471 , 34 of IPC and Sec 3, 4, 5, and 6 of MPID Act in that City
Some Police Officer has come in the Office of that C.A. and issued him Written Notice asking him to come in Police Station at other City along with Documents regarding :-
(a) All Papers which Mr. Ketan had submitted before C.A.,
(b) Certificate issued by the C. A. to Mr. Ketan and
(c) Documents on which basis the said C.A. issued Certificate to Mr. Ketan
QUERRY
Does in such case the C.A. has to remain present before the Police Officer in that City
Or
He can send his signed Statements along with all those required Documents to the said Police Officer through some proxy
