Dear Experts,

My name is John and I had one question regarding service notice period while resigning from a company. In my company there is recent change which took place, as per which my notice period is increased form 1 month to two months and failure to which I need to pay three monts CTC.

Experts, just wanted to know is this a valid amendment?

Regards

Paul

The subject of altering the Notice period has recently been dealt at detail in this forum. Please check out the related queries and answers. Precisely the alteration of service conditions has to be accepted by the employees. In case the other employees have accepted the same, I am afraid you would have a little option.
