I have identified a property at Hyderabad,However this building was notary before ,and now this is registered.the owners got the property registered via Deed Agreement in the year 2017 as gifted from father to Sons,now can I buy this property .please advise as the owner do not have any link documents,approved plan for building,
If I buy this property will I face any legal problems in future.will the banks offer any home loans.
please suggest.
