Hi,
My parents have bought a Plot few years back and they had done a notary instead of registration at that point of time.
They want to transfer the property on my name. Is gift deed a better option or should we go for a registration.
I want to get that property registered on my name. Please suggest what can be done for this so that there will not be any problems in future with this.
