Can a Notary Public sign a document electronically, i.e., e-Sign, Digital Signature (DSC), Aadhar Based Signature
Are e-Signatures allowed by a Notary Public to Notarize a document.
Is it valid to verify the Deponent on a video call and sign the document electronically.
If so, what is the ACT that is applied for video call and e-Sign the document for the legal binding of documents.
