Not submit proof at evidance stage

Dear all,

My wife put before hon'ble Judge only written statement and oral statement. And also didnot submit any proof to prove any allegation. My lawyers said that she should not prove any allegation and only her affidevit is sufficient. I cannot understand how it is possible else her all fales allegation deemed to be true and it is very difficult for us to prove her wrong.

Please suggest me.

Your lawyer is misleading you and trying convict you. Please fire him, hire a new or appear Party-in-person at any stage of the case.

Burden to prove her allegations lies on her.

You also file courter affidavit denying all her allegation.

You should cross her with critical questions during cross-examination stage to prove her false.

During cross examination if you find any contradiction or contradiction with any other case then file Perjury against her on the same court.

Please see my profile for sample perjury petition and FAQs.
