Not getting relieving letter and experience letter

I worked for a startup for 9 months. They are not giving my experience letter and relieving letter.
My tenure was from 20 Feb 2017 to 10 November 2017.
I resigned professionally and served complete notice period which was 1 month but still they are not responding.
Note:-
1. My reporting manager accepted my resignation.
2. There is no HR in the company.
3.In the resignation mail seniors including CEO is looped in the mail chain and they were aware about my resignation.

Please let me know what can I do

Sir, try to settle the matter amicably ,if not do serve a legal notice.

You can send a legal notice to the management. Notice is the legal concept describing a requirement that a party be aware of legal process affecting their rights, obligations or duties.

While posting such queries employee should post basic information!

You are in which state? Since how many months you are working? Are you under probation period or your service is confirmed in writing?

Does offer/appointment letter/contract of employment state that notice pay in lieu of notice period is not accepted?

Do standing orders (model/certified) apply to establishment and your designation?

What is notice period as per appointment letter/offer letter and what was notice period tendered by you?

What are said dues; salary of last month/notice period?

What is the pay day in establishment?

Has this pay day passed?

Has employer stopped payment of salary by written order? What is the reason?

Service Certificate should be supplied to all employees.

Relieving letter signifies that employee has separated ( by resignation/termination) and nothing is due towards employee.

What is the reason even if verbal, given by Reporting Manager, CEO?

Or according to your own knowledge and understanding?

Thanks Sir.

  • They were not paying me on time and not even paying the allowances which was decided before working at clent site.
  • I was working at client site and when I resigned  at that time also I was at client site. May be this is the issue for them.
  • I resigned without having any offer in hand but after some days client gave me an offer and I joined their client which is not a policy breach according to their policies but still I dodn't know  why they are not paying and giving me releiving and experience letter.
