Hi All,
Please suggest what should i do in such a case as i as person of 23 years of age and was working with a BPO called Barclays Shared Services Pvt. Ltd. Noida. However the problem is that as i worked there for @ good years but suddenly some body in my maternal family passed away so i informed by Team Manage about the same and as per him the leave was granted to me . Now as i m from Kerala so i went there and in between my manger informed me that now i have been referred to HR so once i come back i need to have a word with them first.
But once i came from there the scenario was complete different as they already made their mind to ask me to leave as they even deleted the accounts for the consumer in my bucket and my user ids and password foe the banking tools. It means that the action was already taken against me however the company pretends that to me that i have to serve a notice period for 2 months. Though i would have asked them to terminate me but it can only give me a problem in future to join any other organization.
Now as i am not ready to serve the notice period so they are asking for the 2 months gross salary though on my offer letter its mentioned that 1 months basic salary not gross. Also i would like to informed that they just changed the policy in between for the notice of 2 months but i didn’t sign any document for the same as they just send in one link on office email to click on. So what should i do now?
Also they have given a relief for 1 month gross salary to my other ex- colleagues but for me they are not ready to do so provided that i have given them a hand written resignation and they are not ready to give me any acceptance for the same . Infact they are saying in that case if i fail to pay the full amount they will send a recovery.
Please Advise what should i do in this case to get my relieving letter from them as i m in need of it .
