i am working as a software developer in a company from april 2010 to till date.my boss not paying from april 2011 to current month.i asked him so many times about salary when ever i ask he said he will pay in next week.but still he dnt pay me.from past 20 days i am trying to call him but he is not lifting or some times it was switched off,even i messaged and mail to him but he is not replying.even he is not coming to office.it is small uk based company.i asked the co-workers and hr about him they are telling like he is chennai now(he paid to them).
please help me how to get salary,my certificates and exp letter.even he dnt give me offer letter when i was joined he said like he will give later.

previously he did same thing with 3 more employees...he said the reason to them like they are not good in performance.

please help me how to solve my problem.

You can submit a notice by letter followed by email ( which you also can send) addressed to your appointing authority/boss/owner/director etc stating you have not been paid your wages for the months of ......................despite many requests and representations in person, on phone, in writing, and write down date of all representations submitted by you in person and in writing, and date and time of representation submitted by phine call/SMS with his phone number from which call was made/SMS was sent and your phone number from which call was made/SMS was sent. You can mention that due to non payment of your earned wages you have been facing extreme financial hardship and you can no longer manage without your earned wages. Hence your earned wages be paid to you within next 7 days by a demand draft favoring "your name" payable at.........city, and the DD be supplied to you by registered/speed post only so as to reach you within next 7 days i.e dated.............You may ask to acknowledge the receipt within next working day and supply the acknowledgment to you by registered/speed post only so as to reach you within next 4 days. You may submit the hard copy of the notice at the reception where all mail of the company is received and obtain the acknowledgment on your copy with date seal and signature. If you do not get any reply you may lodge a complaint with local o/o labor commissioner, and meet the labor inspector also. This should solve your problem.
