Following is case of discussion
A central government group C direct recruitment.
A central govt oragnisation conducts a recruitment procedure and 3 cnadiadtes are in last round.
A selection list was declared & one candidate is decalred provisoonal selected. Wait reserve list not decalred.
Provisional selected candiadte not found eligible in his educational qaulification.
Now what should be foolwoed by Recruitment board?
Is there any rule OM order circuilar which bound recruitment board to declare wait list along with select list?
