Petition for probate of was filed in Kolkata Court about one year ago. Fist date after 5 months. Registered AD came back "unclaimed" inspite of correct address. Judge gave second date after 6 months. Clerks doesnot give any information whether citations were sent again, Say you will know 5 months later on court date, What if citations come unclaimed again and again.
Is this how citation process works in kolkata courts ? Or there is a back door of corruption? How can India become a superpower if it can not properly serve a citation in a simple case for years? Incompetent legal system...so corrupt people win..fraud prevails...
Can some one suggest what works practically so the citations to siblings can be served effectively and timely?
