How much can the housing society charge if the members are not paid on time? Most members don't pay on time, what are things can be imposed to them so that they can pay on time.
What is the ideal society contribution of flats and shops? For. e.g. we chargae around Rs. 500 from flat and 100 from shops. As a normal practice, it has to be 500 and 1000 from shops. Is that right?
