Dear members,
Here, mother -daughter duo are in dysfunctional marriages without divorce.They have joint accounts,FD accounts wherein they want to add nomiee.The mother wants to add her granddaughter,i e her daughter's daughter,a minor as nominee without any signature or involvement of the minor girls' lawful guardian' i e the girls father for obvious reasons.
How can it be managed?
