Dear Experts,
My Grandfather during his lifetime had made nominations with the society after my father passed away as follows
Grandmother 50%
Daughter-in-law 25%
Me(Grandson) 25%
My grandfather did not make any will and only made this nomination with society
Now the society is demanding a NOC from my aunts which they r not willing to sign
Is NOC certificate compulsory ? If yes then wat can be done in this matter as they r not ready to sign.
Kindly guide me in this matter.
