Hi, I am working with a NBFC in mortgage dept, I would like clarification on NOC from Society or Builder document that is provided in most mortgage cases. If we receive a 2 page noc from builder or society on their letterheads do we need initials/Signature and stamp of sociecty/builder on both pages or only last page would suffice.
Pls advice if sign/stamp not done on 1st page would have any legal complications.
Noc from Society needs to have signature of Chariman and Secretary or any one would suffice.
